As the resort continues to evolve - including a forthcoming £500k enhancement to its award-winning spa and leisure offering - it is looking to appoint an HR Lead to play a central role in supporting and developing colleagues across the business.
This is an on-site HR role, embedded in the heart of the business and working closely with the General Manager and leadership team.
The Role
As HR Lead, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle across the resort and spa. You’ll be a visible, trusted presence for managers and colleagues alike, ensuring that people practices are consistent, compliant and aligned with the culture the business wants to create.
This is a highly operational role, suited to someone who enjoys being part of the day-to-day life of a business and its people, as it provides memorable experiences for its guests.

-
Leading end-to-end recruitment, ensuring roles are attractively advertised, effectively filled and aligned to business needs
-
Partnering with Heads of Department on interviews, selection and workforce planning
-
Overseeing inductions, training, appraisals and development, ensuring standards are embedded and monitored
-
Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations, supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance and absence processes
-
Managing HR administration, personnel records, right-to-work compliance and documentation
-
Supporting accurate wage forecasting, pay reviews and payroll administration
-
Overseeing staff accommodation and welfare, ensuring high standards and positive employee experience
-
Chairing employee representative meetings and driving engagement and communication across the resort
This role is supported by two HR Administrators.
