£42 - £46,000 base + Commission + Company Car + Benefits including Private Medical

We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of major clients across the South of England, driving sales, profitability, and long-term growth.
What you’ll be doing

Act as the lead point of contact for key accounts, nurturing relationships at senior level

Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and generate commercial value

Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery of long-term objectives

Promote a diverse, market-leading product range and identify new business opportunities

Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, logistics, and sales to deliver excellent customer experiences

Play a central role in driving national market expansion and international growth ambitions
What we’re looking for

A proven track record in regional or national account management / sales

Strong commercial and financial acumen (margins, P&L, supply chain)

Energetic, self-motivated and solutions-focused, with the ability to see the bigger picture

Experience in capital equipment, construction, property development or similar industries preferred

Flexible to travel across the South when required
