Product-Led | Commercial | Hands-On
We’re recruiting a Marketing Manager to play a key role in the next stage of development for a growing, product-led business operating in regulated markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to join during a period of change and momentum, where marketing is evolving to play a more central role in driving commercial performance, customer engagement and long-term value.
It’s a hands-on role with real breadth, suited to someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking and is motivated by seeing marketing activity translate into meaningful outcomes.
The Role
This is a full-stack marketing role, combining content creation, campaign delivery and performance optimisation.
You’ll be responsible for delivering marketing activity that builds awareness, improves engagement and supports conversion working closely with product, commercial and compliance colleagues to ensure activity is effective, appropriate and on-brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging content across formats, including articles, social content, presentations, email campaigns and light video or webinar scripts
- Planning and managing content calendars to support integrated campaigns
- Delivering and optimising marketing activity across multiple channels
- Using data, insight and performance metrics to assess impact and inform future activity
- Supporting the optimisation of customer journeys and conversion points
- Working collaboratively with product teams on messaging, positioning and proposition clarity
- Managing and briefing external agencies (PR, Creative, PPC)
- Building relationships with external partners, media or influencers where appropriate
- Exploring emerging platforms and new content discovery methods, including AI-driven search and distribution
- Ensuring marketing activity meets regulatory and compliance requirements
This role offers variety and autonomy and would suit someone comfortable balancing delivery, analysis and collaboration.
About You
We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with a product-led or product marketing background, who understand how storytelling, content and campaigns connect to commercial performance.
You’re likely to bring:
- Experience in a broad marketing role spanning content, campaigns and channels
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Confidence working with data, insights and performance metrics
- An interest in how marketing and content discovery are evolving
- A collaborative, adaptable approach
- The ability to work effectively within a small team
Experience in regulated environments would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
Team & Culture
You’ll be joining a small, supportive marketing team where collaboration, professionalism and good judgement are highly valued.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Conscientious and reliable
- Commercially aware
- Comfortable learning and adapting
- A positive team contributor
