It offers a nationwide service and works with businesses of all sizes, looking after everything from a single logo design, right through to every element of a complete company rebrand.
The role
Together, we are looking to recruit an organised and proactive Office Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the finance and office function. Reporting into the Office Manager, this is a hands-on role combining transactional accounts work with general office and administrative support
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working with Sage, and takes pride in keeping processes accurate, organised and running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the Office Manager with accounts and general office administration duties
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers, visitors and callers
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team
About you
- Previous experience in an Office/Accounts Assistant or similar finance support role
- Confident using Sage for transactional accounts processing (essential)
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Well organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload and manage deadlines effectively
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved where needed
- Comfortable working independently and using initiative
