What You’ll Do
- Support & Lead: Manage and nurture two experienced team members, providing day-to-day guidance, encouragement, and support as they deliver product administration, promotions, and merchandising.

- Brief Creatives: Prepare clear, concise weekly briefs for our creative and development teams, making sure homepage updates and campaigns run smoothly.
- Drive Commercial Success: Use your retail know-how and commercial instinct to help ensure the right products are in the spotlight and our customers have a seamless online experience.
- Be the Team’s Anchor: Bring empathy, patience, and a positive attitude - helping your colleagues navigate change and stay motivated during a busy trading year.
- Optimise site performance: Monitor product visibility, promotions and merchandising to drive conversions and maximise sales.
- React to trading insight: Use data to recommend quick wins and improvements across campaigns and onsite content.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment with some exposure to trading calendars, product administration, or campaign coordination.
- Previous people management experience (even if just a small team) and a genuine interest in supporting others.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - you’ll keep things running smoothly and spot what needs doing next.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Comfortable with basic digital tools (e.g., CMS, Excel); experience with Shopify is a bonus, but not essential.
- A commercial mindset - you understand what sells and why, and you’re happy to make practical recommendations.
